Accurate. Private. Premium Weather.
The weather app built for people who value real accuracy, zero tracking, and beautiful design. Launching soon.
What We're Building
Every feature is purpose-built. No bloat. No ads. No data sold — ever.
Hyperlocal temperature, humidity, wind speed, UV index, and air quality — updated every minute. Animated sky-state icons that match reality.
Precision hourly breakdowns and accurate 7-day outlooks. Precipitation probability, storm timing, and temperature ranges displayed in a clean, scannable UI.
Live NEXRAD radar with animated storm cells, lightning strike overlays, and satellite composite layers — all in a fluid, touch-optimized map interface.
Official NOAA watches, warnings, and advisories delivered instantly with push notifications. Severe weather layers and county-level hazard boundaries on the map.
Save unlimited locations for instant weather access. Install as a Progressive Web App on any device — works seamlessly offline for last-known conditions.
No accounts required. No ad tracking. No data sold — ever. Your location never leaves your device. Weather data is fetched anonymously and discarded immediately after use.
Why Vertura Weather
We went back to first principles — pulling directly from the most authoritative meteorological sources available. No middlemen. No aggregators selling your data.
We pull directly from NOAA's National Weather Service APIs — the same authoritative source used by broadcast meteorologists nationwide.
Open-Meteo's open-source ensemble models provide international coverage and seamless fallback when NOAA data isn't available for a region.
Location data is used only for the weather request and never stored, logged, or shared. There is no user account system — by design.
Not a beta, not a prototype. Vertura Weather launches fully polished — accessible, performant, and beautiful on every screen from day one.
